The 8th Multi-Country Network Meeting of the Southeast Asia Stigma Reduction QI Learning Network (QIS+D) was convened on November 6, 13, and 20, 2020, virtually via Zoom, because of Covid-19 travel restrictions. Attendees represented national and provincial Ministries of Health, UNAIDS country offices, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) country offices, civil society, and local implementing partners representing Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, and Myanmar.
