The aim of the NAMPROPA quality improvement (QI) Collaborative was to improve retention of patients in HIV care and attain VL suppression at 24 facilities in three high-burden regions; Khomas, Ohangwena and Zambezi to reach 90-90-90 goal by 31 August 2018. In addition, integration of hypertension screening and treatment into routine HIV care services was included.
